Chicken Bobo Recipe

Ingredients for making chicken bobo:

 1 kilogram of cassava

 1 kilogram of chicken breast

 1 large onion unit

 3 cloves of garlic

 3 units of peeled ripe tomato

 1 unit of green pepper

 200 milliliters of coconut milk

 4 tablespoons of chopped green scent

 3 tablespoons of olive oil

 2 tablespoons of palm oil

 Black pepper

 salt

How to make Chicken Bobó:

Start by preparing the chicken bobó by peeling and cutting the cassava. Put it boiling in water and salt until it becomes soft, then drain and let it cool.

Take the chicken breasts and cut them into small cubes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

In a large saucepan, place the chopped onion, garlic and pepper, sautéing in oil. When your chicken bobo stew is golden, add the chopped tomatoes and chicken and cook over low heat.

Meanwhile, put the manioc in a blender together with coconut milk, palm oil, half of the green scent and beat well until cream is homogeneous.

When the chicken is cooked inside and out, transfer the contents from the blender to the skillet. Stir, adjust the salt and add the remaining green scent.

Let the chicken bobbin cook until it starts boiling. After that, remove from heat and serve while still hot, accompanied by white rice and farofa. Enjoy your food!
